The Delegation of the European Union to Russia has launched a call for proposals directed at the non-state actors. The overall objective of this grant scheme with a total budget of 2 million euro is to strengthen and improve the governance, integrity and transparency of Russian NSAs enabling them to be effective agents in representing and advocating for their constituents.

The EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region with its Action Plan is the first macro regional strategy in Europe. It strengthens regional cooperation structures and helps actors to focus on commonly agreed priorities.

The European Commission (Research & Innovation DG - Directorate Environment) is organising an InfoDay on FP7 Environment Research. The event aims to highlight the novelties of the 2012 Work Programme due to be published in July. It will provide guidance on proposal preparation and submission.
